Pharmacy Staff
Tom Nelson
Pharmacist in Charge/Owner
Tom, a Registered Pharmacist, received his degree from the University of Iowa in 1994 and has worked at Rashid Pharmacy since 2000. He worked in a hospital and chain pharmacies prior. He fills prescriptions, counsels patients, and provides immunizations to patients in Fort Madison and the surrounding area. In 2018, he received certification in diabetes medication and management. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, gardening, and spending time with family.
Lori Griswold
Pharmisist
Lori graduated from the University of Iowa Pharmacy School in May, 1996. She has lived and practiced Pharmacy in Illinois, Missouri and Iowa and still licensed in all three states. She has lived in Fort Madison with her husband, Roger Griswold, since 2001 and began working at the Pharmacy in February 2015. Lori enjoys working at an Independent Pharmacy where she can build strong relationships with their clients and actually become friends with them. Her husband is a pharmacist also and works at the Fort Madison Community Hospital. They enjoy traveling and scuba diving. Lori is also am an avid reader and enjoys running, spending time with their family and friends and hiking in National Parks!
Darin Johnson
Delivery Manager
Darin started working for the Pharmacy in October 2010. His main focus has been Information System and Information Technology support for all departments and staff. He recently took on the part-time role of Delivery Manager. He enjoys camping, fishing, and watching movies with his wife and family.
