LTC Pharmacy Services
Our LTC Pharmacy Service is a continuing care pharmacy for long-term care facilities in Iowa & Illinois. We offer three systems – at no cost to facilities – that increase efficiency and accuracy when medications are given to residents. Our services reduce medication errors and give nurses more time to provide patient care.

Robotics –
We were the first pharmacy in Iowa to use robots to dispense medications. Our use of robotics has completely automated our dispensing process, which has made us one of the most accurate pharmacies in the country. Our highly trained technicians enter orders into the system and eight robots fill prescriptions with 100 percent accuracy. Our pharmacists give prescriptions a final check for quality control.
Packaging –
We have been offering onePAC pill packaging for more than a dozen years, which makes taking the right medicine at the right time much easier if you have multiple prescriptions. We also offer more traditional blister packs and bottles – allowing you to choose the option that works best for you.
Medication Management –
We do more than fill your prescriptions. We help manage your medications, which means you don’t have to worry about missing doses because you forgot to refill a prescription. We take care of the refills for you – we even contact your doctor on your behalf. Your safety is our top priority.

• Use Window 1 if you’re dropping off prescriptions or picking up filled prescriptions.
• Use Window 2 if you’re waiting for prescriptions to be filled.
• Use Window 3 if you have insurance issues or questions for a pharmacist.
Our quick turnaround doesn’t mean we rush you in and out the door with curt service. Our staff takes time for patient education and is committed to being friendly, helpful, and family-focused.
